New Orleans and Mobile, Alabama are like siblings setaraped at birth and raised by two sets of different parents in two locations, but maintained SOME of the same cultures (not all). The music of New Orleans is not prevalant in Mobile and neither the Creole and Cajun cuisine in the general population(except maybe in Mobile Restaurants).
